Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless E-Z Storage LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the installation services provided by subcontractors.
Information Sharing: By purchasing installation services, you consent to E-Z Storage LLC sharing your contact information and relevant purchase details with our authorized installer network to facilitate the installation process.
Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with the purchase of the product with installation, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please refrain from purchasing installation services.
