Limited Lifetime Warranty

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

PLEASE READ THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY E-Z STORAGE LLC PRODUCT. BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF, OR USING ANY PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty (this "Warranty") is issued by E-Z Storage LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal place of business at 4602 E. Elwood St. #3, Phoenix, Arizona 85040, in favor of the original purchaser of Company Products (as defined herein).

This Warranty is non-transferable and extends solely to the original purchaser of record. It does not extend to any subsequent owner, transferee, lessee, or any other third party.

E-Z Storage Brand Products Only — Partner Products Not Covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies EXCLUSIVELY to products designed and manufactured under the E-Z Storage LLC brand. This includes the E-Z Lift™ series, Heavy-Duty Pro racks, Tote Slide Pro™, Bike Slide™, Bike Slide Pro™, and Wall Shelf systems.

Partner products, third-party products, and products sourced from manufacturers other than E-Z Storage LLC (including but not limited to slatwall systems, cabinets, storage rack lites, and other partner-branded items) are NOT covered by this Warranty.

Warranty coverage for partner and third-party products, if any, is provided exclusively by the applicable manufacturer and is governed by that manufacturer's warranty terms. Customers should consult the manufacturer's website or documentation for warranty information on non-E-Z Storage brand products.

1. Definitions

As used in this Warranty, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • "Company" — E-Z Storage LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
  • "Product(s)" — Exclusively the proprietary overhead garage storage products designed, manufactured, and sold under the E-Z Storage or E-Z Garage Storage brand. • "Proof of Purchase" — An original invoice, order confirmation, or sales receipt that identifies the Product, the purchase price, and the date of purchase.
  • "Defect" — A material defect in materials or workmanship present in a Product at the time of manufacture that causes the Product to fail under normal residential use and proper installation.

2. Warranty Coverage

Subject to all terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth herein, Company warrants to the Original Purchaser that each Product shall be free from Defects in materials and workmanship under Normal Use for the Lifetime of the Product as defined in Section 1.

This Warranty covers:

  1. Structural steel frames, welded joints, and primary load-bearing components of E-Z Storage brand Products against failure resulting from Defects in materials or workmanship;
  2. Powder-coated or painted finishes against peeling, flaking, or delamination resulting from manufacturing defects, but not against normal weathering, environmental exposure, or surface abrasion;

3. Warranty Remedies — Company's Sole Obligation

In the event of a valid warranty claim under this Warranty, Company's sole and exclusive obligation, and the Original Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy, shall be, at Company's sole discretion, one of the following:

  1. Repair or replacement of the defective Product or component with a new, comparable, or functionally equivalent product or component; or
  2. Issuance of a replacement part or assembly sufficient to remedy the confirmed Defect; or
  3. A refund of the original Product purchase price paid by the Original Purchaser, less any applicable deductions for prior use, in Company's reasonable discretion.

Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy in its sole reasonable discretion. Company shall not be obligated to provide any remedy other than those enumerated above. All replacement products provided under this Warranty shall be warranted for the remaining term of the original Warranty, or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

  3. Provide a clear written description of the alleged Defect and the circumstances under which it manifested, including photographic or video evidence of the Defect as reasonably requested by Company;
  4. Provide evidence of proper installation in accordance with Company's published installation instructions, including any installation photographs required by Company; and
  5. Cooperate fully and in good faith with Company's investigation of the warranty claim, including providing access to the Product for inspection if reasonably requested.

Company shall bear all reasonable costs of return shipping for valid warranty claims.
