Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any service provided by E-Z Storage LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Who We Are

E-Z Storage LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an Arizona limited liability company doing business as E-Z Garage Storage USA, located at 4602 E. Elwood St. #3, Phoenix, AZ 85040. We design, manufacture, and sell overhead garage storage products and coordinate professional installation through independent third-party installers.

2. Products

2.1 We sell proprietary E-Z Storage brand products (including the E-Z Lift™ series, Heavy-Duty Pro racks, Tote Slide Pro™, Bike Slide™ and Bike Slide Pro™, and Wall Shelf systems) as well as select partner and third-party products.

2.2 Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute any product at any time. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images shown.

2.3 Products are intended for residential and light commercial garage storage use only. Do not use any product beyond its rated weight capacity or in conditions it was not designed for.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

3.2 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered on your order, we will notify you and you may cancel or confirm at the corrected price.

3.3 Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a financing arrangement is established through a third-party provider. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and approved financing programs.

3.4 For orders in new geographic markets, we may require up to 48 hours to confirm installer availability before shipping. If we cannot confirm a qualified installer within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.

3.5 No discounts or promotional codes may be applied to orders financed through a third-party financing provider. Financed orders are sold at full retail price.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Risk of loss transfers to you when your order is tendered to the carrier. Inspect all deliveries immediately. Report visible shipping damage in writing within 48 hours of delivery to contact@EZGarageStorageUSA.com.

4.3 We ship domestically and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Installation

5.1 We do not perform installation services. Installation is performed exclusively by independent third-party contractors. We coordinate scheduling only.

5.2 We make no warranty regarding the competence, licensure, or workmanship of any installer. All installation-related claims must be directed to the installer directly.

5.3 You are responsible for ensuring your garage ceiling is structurally suitable for installation. Exact product placement is determined on-site by the installer based on ceiling joist locations and may differ from any pre-sale estimate or drawing.

5.4 You must be present at your property for the full duration of any installation and must review and sign the Installation Job Form before drilling begins and after installation is complete.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 DIY Orders (products without installation): eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original condition. A 10% restocking fee applies. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our full Return & Refund Policy at www.EZGarageStorageUSA.com.

6.2 Installed Orders: non-refundable except in the event of confirmed structural incompatibility (joist limitation) preventing installation. In that case, a full product refund is issued and return shipping is paid by us. Installation fees are non-refundable.

6.3 Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback on an installed order for any reason other than unauthorized card use is a breach of these Terms and may result in collection action.

7. Warranties

7.1 E-Z Storage LLC brand products (E-Z Lift™, Heavy-Duty Pro, Tote Slide Pro™, Bike Slide™, Bike Slide Pro™, Wall Shelf) are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, available at www.EZGarageStorageUSA.com.

7.2 Partner and third-party products are NOT covered by our warranty. Any warranty for such products is provided solely by the applicable manufacturer. Refer to the manufacturer's website or documentation for warranty information.

7.3 We make no warranty regarding installation workmanship. Installation warranties, if any, are solely between you and the installer.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Exceed the stated weight capacity or load rating of any product
• Modify or alter any product in a way that voids its warranty or creates a safety hazard
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our website

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, product designs, logos, and trademarks — including E-Z Storage™, E-Z Garage Storage™, E-Z Lift™, Tote Slide Pro™, Bike Slide™, and Bike Slide Pro™ — is the exclusive property of E-Z Storage LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO E-Z STORAGE BRAND PRODUCTS, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, E-Z STORAGE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM INSTALLATION SERVICES.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then through mediation, and then through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, as described in the E-Z Storage LLC Master Service Agreement. You waive the right to participate in any class action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, for any matter not subject to arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
